Nandrolone Decanoate injectable is a variant of the eminently popular anabolic steroid 19-nortestosterone. The attachment of a carboxylic acid ester to the 17-beta hydroxyl group slows the release of Nandrolone from the injection site, providing a sharp spike 24-48 hours after administration, with a steady return to baseline during the following 2-3 weeks.

Nandrolone is most commonly paired with Testosterone and/or Dianabol, where it works to increase the positive benefits of these steroids without causing additional side effects. This is primarily because of Nandrolones exceptionally low conversion to estrogen (approximately 20% that of testosterone).
