In terms of which stack will accomplish which goal, RAD 140 and LGD 4033 will aid in bulking. This bulking stack works best when completed over the course of eight weeks and although most SARMs stacks don’t require a post cycle therapy regimen, it is still advised. If you are new to SARMs, you’ll want to start your stack with the first two weeks around 10mg each for SR 9009 and RAD 140. You’ll want to take your LGD 4033 at 2.5mg.

Then once your body is used to the SARMs you can increase those doses to 20mg of both SR 9009 and RAD 140 each day. The LGD 4033 dose would also increase to 5mg per day. This would be for the remaining six weeks of your cycle. Now, if you have done a cycle with these supplements before, taking the regular dose throughout the cycle should be okay. However, you still may want to ease back into this stack.

Again, the stack is an eight week length, ten weeks if you count the PCT afterwards. Starting off, you’ll want to take 10mg of stenbolic for the first couple of weeks and then you’ll bump that dose up to 20mg per day for the remaining time. S4 is a little trickier because doses for it range between 25mg and 50mg. Your best bet is to start out at 25mg and see how that works with your body. Then once your body is used to 25mg you can increase the dose to 50mg.

In the case of SR 9009, the cycle length is the same as the stacks in that it is an eight week period plus a PCT for two weeks after if desired. Typical dosage ranges between 20 and 30mg per day. However, again if you are just starting out, you’ll want to ease into the higher doses by starting at least your first two weeks off at a lower dose of 10mg per day. This will allow your body to get used to the supplement.
